The aggression against Gaza carried out by the Israeli occupation constitutes a dangerous and exceptional development; These crimes reflect the brutality of the Israeli occupation, Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said Saturday during a ceremony commemorating Martyrs’ Day.
Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the crimes of the Israeli occupation were only a reflection of its brutal nature aimed at subjugating the people of the region and breaking their will to demand their rights. “The aim of the crimes of the Israeli occupation is to push the people to abandon and forget their lands, their prisoners, their holy sites and all of Palestine,” the Hezbollah leader said.
He also asserted that the Israeli occupation, through its aggression and crimes in Gaza, including the brutal and deliberate killing of civilians, “sends a message to Lebanon.”
However, Sayyed Nasrallah explained that “Israel” was still making a mistake and had not yet learned the lessons of its past. “He will not achieve his objective; the massacres he has committed throughout history, notably in Deir Yassine, testify to his failure,” he added.
“The culture of Resistance has developed, one generation after another, despite the massacres which culminated with the major operation carried out by the al-Qassam Brigades on October 7,” said Sayyed Nasrallah.
Failure of the Israeli project
“The crimes of the Israeli occupation over the past decades, and even the July 2006 war, have not seen the Lebanese people abandon the Resistance,” added Sayyed Nasrallah, another testament to his claims of failure of the Israeli occupation.
“Israelis must despair when it comes to achieving their goals – not our people whose choices have proven to be those of victory, liberation and dignity,” he stressed, emphasizing that “Israel’s” own actions condemned its attempts to normalize ties with some Arab countries.
“The enemy is inflicting many losses on itself by showing its true brutal nature,” the Hezbollah leader added. “The occupation has dealt a heavy blow to the attempts at normalization on which it has its eyes fixed. The positions of our people against normalization will now become firmer.”
“Israel” is losing on other fronts as well, as Sayyed Nasrallah pointed out, changing public opinion, especially Western public opinion, is “of great importance.”
Sayyed Nasrallah further highlighted how “Israel” is under significant time pressure as its allies abandon it one by one, and that today, “it no longer has any other supporters.” than the American and British administrations.
“The United States is leading this battle and making all decisions related to it, and it should be put under the greatest pressure… The party that can stop this aggression is the one that directs it, and This is the United States,” he said. .
People expect action from the OIC
The Palestinian people, said Sayyed Hassan, demand that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which brings together 57 countries, do the bare minimum and take a stand against the Israeli occupation.
“The Palestinian people hope that the summit in Riyadh will succeed in putting pressure on the United States to end Israeli aggression,” he said.
“The Palestinian people hope that the Riyadh summit will succeed in opening a humanitarian corridor for the transport of aid and injured civilians,” said Sayyed Nasrallah.
This comes amid an emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) aimed at addressing escalating tensions in the region and Israeli aggression against Gaza.
“Israel” broken, the Resistance victorious
“The Israeli occupation today is still unable to demonstrate any aspect of victory or to show that the Resistance fighters are broken and defeated,” he said.
Furthermore, in what appeared to be an invitation to the West Bank Resistance to join the confrontation, Sayyed Nasrallah explained that an escalation of Resistance acts in the occupied West Bank “could force the enemy to withdraw some of its units from the border “. with Gaza and Lebanon. »
Regarding the Yemeni armed forces, Sayyed Nasrallah said: “Yemeni missile and drone attacks against Israeli sites have significant repercussions, regardless of their interception (…) The support of the Yemeni armed forces for Palestine is very important, because it’s an army and a Resistance in one.
Regarding the consequences of the attacks carried out by Yemen, Sayyed Nasrallah revealed that “Israel” was “forced to mobilize part of its air defenses, Iron Domes and Patriot systems in Eilat, transferring them from the south and the northern occupied Palestine. “
“The attacks carried out by the Yemeni armed forces have exerted increased pressure on the enemy government through the internal displacement of its settlers,” he further explained.
Strength in unity
The Islamic Resistance in the region has attacked US occupation bases in Syria and Iraq, putting extreme pressure on the occupation forces. Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that “the Americans acknowledged that there had been 46 attacks on their bases in Syria and Iraq, which left 56 soldiers injured.”
“The Resistance operations carried out by the Iraqi Resistance demonstrate exemplary bravery against the United States, whose fleets are distributed throughout the region,” he underlined. “The United States has threatened to put pressure on the Resistance in Iraq, Yemen and Lebanon, using every communication channel at its disposal to convey its messages.”
He conditioned the end of operations on American bases in the region on the end of the aggression against Gaza, which has so far claimed more than 11,000 Palestinian martyrs.
Speaking about Syria’s role in the ongoing Resistance against Israeli and US occupying forces, Sayyed Nasrallah praised Damascus, saying Syria was “taking a huge burden (from the rest of the Resistance Axis) , because it shelters and supports the fighters and the Resistance movements, and it still suffers the repercussions of these actions.
“Syria is suffering the repercussions of the limited options of the Israeli occupation, like what happened in Eilat, which is protected by the United States, Israel and Arab countries,” he added.
“Israel was confused about who was behind the drone attack on Eilat, and it blamed Hezbollah and carried out an offensive against us in Syria,” the Hezbollah leader stressed.
Another country he praised is Iran, saying that without the Islamic Republic, the Resistance in Lebanon, Palestine and other countries in the region would have had no power.
“Iran has offered everything it can to support the Resistance to ensure that the people of the region remain standing despite all the threats they face,” he said. “However, Iran does not make any decisions in the name of the Resistance movements,” Nasrallah stressed.
Operations in Lebanon continue
“The operations of the Islamic Resistance continue despite all Israeli countermeasures,” said Sayyed Nasrallah.
“Despite the presence of Israeli armed drones, a new weapon that was not used during the July war, operations continue,” he stressed. Despite Israeli measures, Sayyed Nasrallah said there was a quantitative increase in resistance operations. Furthermore, new types of weapons have been introduced, such as the use of attack drones, during resistance operations.
The leader of the Resistance also revealed that Hezbollah was using the famous Burkan missiles against the Israeli occupation. “The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has started using “Burkan” missiles, which weigh up to half a ton, in its operations.”
“The operations of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, which are moving deeper into the occupied territories, have intensified,” he added. On his behalf, Israeli media acknowledged that more than 350 injured Israelis, including seriously injured ones, had been transported to hospitals.
Sayyed Nasrallah said Resistance reconnaissance drones were infiltrating “daily the depths of occupied Palestine, reaching Haifa.” He also stressed that the Resistance would not tolerate any targeting of civilians.
“The Israeli occupation has admitted that the level of Resistance attacks has increased significantly, so its level of anxiety is simultaneously increasing,” said Sayyed Nasrallah. “The rise in the level of anxiety among Israelis has also led to an increase in the level of threats against Lebanon.”
Despite the threats against Lebanon and the opposition of some “abnormal” voices to the operations of the Resistance, “there exists in Lebanon a general position of solidarity with Gaza and of support or understanding for the operations of the Resistance”, declared the leader of the Lebanese Resistance.
“Israel” fails
“This enemy is in trouble, and this is reflected in (Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu’s contradictory speeches,” Sayyed Nasrallah said, noting that “time is not on the enemy’s side, because there is a failure on the ground to subdue Gaza, a change in world opinion and its fear of the expansion of the fronts.
“All factors, including the prisoners’ cause, will put pressure on the enemy, and we must persist on this path,” he added. “The enemy must fail to achieve his objectives despite all the massacres he commits.”
“We promise our martyrs to continue on this path to preserve their objectives and accumulate their achievements to achieve the certain victory to come,” he concluded. “The Israel after October 7 is not like the Israel before October 7, as the next step will prove.”
