Keke Palmer has been photographed for the first time since she was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex Darius Jackson and sole custody of their son.
In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the actress was seen leaving her home in Studio City, Calif., on Saturday while carrying her 8-month-old son Leodis, whose name is Leo.
Even though her hair was curly and she had a glamorous face, she appeared to be holding back tears as she answered a phone call.
The “Nope” star, 30, was dressed casually in yellow sweats and a 1994 Super Bowl t-shirt.
The day before, Jackson — who was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Palmer and their child under the restraining order — was photographed visiting a friend in Los Angeles.
In his first sighting since being accused by Palmer of physical and emotional abuse, he was wearing short green shorts that showed off his thigh tattoo and a crew neck with the word “King” printed on the front.

He stayed with his boyfriend for about 45 minutes before returning home.
Palmer and Jackson, 29, dated starting in 2021 and welcomed their baby boy in February.
In the restraining order filing, obtained by Page Six, the “Hustlers” star said she and Jackson — who goes by Darius Daulton on social media — broke up for good in October.
“It was because of our son, Leo, that I was finally able to end my relationship with Darius once and for all and escape the abuse,” she wrote.
“The Lion is for me the most important thing in the world; he needs and deserves to be safe and to grow up in an environment free of violence.
“Unfortunately,” she continued, “ending my relationship with Darius did not end his abuse – if anything, he is even more unbalanced, unstable and dangerous to me and our son.”
In his filing, Palmer detailed two alleged incidents of abuse.
In the first alleged incident, which the actress says happened in February 2022, Jackson “became furious” after showing her a photo of herself in a bikini.
“In the bedroom, he knocked me to the floor and slammed my head from side to side,” she wrote.
“The next morning he was standing at the bottom of the stairs, by the front door, shouting at me as I came down the stairs.”
Palmer claimed the most recent incident took place on November 5 when he allegedly attacked her in her home.
“(He) lunged at me, grabbed my neck and face, knocked me backwards onto the couch, stole my phone from my hand, then ran out of the house.” , she said.
She also submitted disturbing screenshots of security camera footage of the alleged attack.
Fans believed the couple called it quits over the summer after Jackson publicly shamed Palmer for wearing a see-through dress over a tight bodysuit during Usher’s residency.
After a video of Usher serenading the actress surfaced, he took to Twitter to criticize her choice of clothing — then doubled down amid backlash.
“We live in a generation where a man in the family doesn’t want the wife and mother of his children to show ass to please others and is told how hateful he is,” Jackson wrote at the time.
“This is my family and my representation. I have standards and morals corresponding to what I believe,” he added. “I’m finishing my case.”
Following Palmer’s request for a restraining order, a source close to the former couple said the Vegas drama was “the beginning of the end” of their relationship.
