Keke Palmer’s ex, Darius Jackson, was seen in public for the first time since she obtained a restraining order against him for alleged domestic violence.
In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, he was seen Friday afternoon heading to a friend’s house in Los Angeles, where he stayed for about 45 minutes before returning to his own home.
Jackson – who also goes by Darius Daulton – was dressed in a sweatshirt with “King” written across the front, paired with green shorts that showed off his leg tattoo.
He paired the casual outfit with a pair of Crocs and accessorized with an Eagles baseball cap and a brown shoulder bag.
The Eagles hat appeared to be the same one he wore in security footage Palmer, 30, presented of him allegedly attacking her as evidence for his request for a restraining order.
In addition to filing a restraining order against Jackson, 29, the “Nope” actress requested full custody of their 8-month-old son, Leo, citing several alleged instances of verbal and physical abuse.

Specifically recalling an alleged incident on Nov. 5, she wrote in court documents obtained by Page Six that the personal trainer “lunged at me, grabbed my neck and face, knocked me over on the couch, stole my phone from my hands and then ran out of the house.
In another alleged episode of abuse, Palmer claimed Darius became “enraged” in February 2022 after she showed him a photo of herself in a bikini to document the progress of his fitness journey.
“In the bedroom, he knocked me to the floor and slammed my head from side to side,” she wrote in the court filing.
“The next morning he was standing at the bottom of the stairs, by the front door, shouting at me as I came down the stairs.”
A temporary restraining order was granted Friday by a Los Angeles County judge. The order requires Jackson to stay at least 100 yards away from Palmer and their child.
The “Hustlers” star and Jackson had dated since early 2021. They welcomed their son in February.
In her court filing, Palmer said their son gave her the strength to leave Jackson for good.
“The Lion is for me the most important thing in the world; he needs and deserves to be safe and grow up in an environment free of violence,” she wrote.
“Unfortunately, ending my relationship with Darius did not end his abuse – if anything, he is even more unbalanced, unstable and dangerous to me and our son,” she added.
The legal drama came as a “big surprise” to the now-ex’s loved ones, an insider told People Friday.
The source added that the two arrived at an event for Palmer’s streaming network, KeyTV, last month and seemed to get along well.
“The baby was there, everyone. Darius went to support her, they were all congratulating her,” they said.
However, the Nickelodeon alum’s mother, Sharon Palmer, claimed in an Instagram video that she had known for some time that Jackson was violent towards her daughter.
She made the rare public comment after Darius’ brother Sarunas Jackson apparently weighed in on the situation in a since-deleted tweet.
“I went to Sarunas over a year ago and told him his brother was abusive to my daughter, and he said, ‘Well, I was like that too,'” Sharon said.
“So now he’s posting on Twitter like he’s this special guy when we know he’s the biggest f-kboy in Hollywood; he lacks respect for women, just like his brother.
Sarunas has since denied his allegations.
